  • El primer grupo de alimentos que debes integrar son las frutas. Estas te darán mucha fibra, ideal para tener una buena digestión, y también te darán muchas vitaminas esenciales para el correcto funcionamiento del cuerpo.
  • Dentro de estas frutas las que más se recomiendan son las fresas, las manzanas, las naranjas y limones, los duraznos, los plátanos y el kiwi.
  • Otros alimentos infaltables son los vegetales verdes. Lechugas, brócoli, acelgas y espinacas, entre otros, son excelentes aliados del cuerpo a la hora de quemar grasas.
  • Asimismo, las legumbres no pueden quedar afuera. Lentejas, garbanzos, frijoles y otros que sean de tu agrado son buenas opciones. Preferentemente, no uses los que vienen enlatados, sino las legumbres frescas que puedes conseguir en el mercado de verduras.
  • Tampoco olvides los carbohidratos. Pero, en este caso deben ser integrales y en pocas cantidades.
  • Además de estos alimentos, también debes integrar a tu dieta la leche y lácteos bajos en grasa, los huevos, las semillas en pequeñas cantidades y carnes en pequeñas porciones.

Es muy importante también que tomes mucha agua, por lo menos 2 litros al día. Esto mantendrá tu cuerpo hidratado y ayuda también al cerebro a trabajar mejor.

  • Nada de frituras, embutidos, carnes grasas, quesos y lácteos grasos, también aceites y mantequillas, a excepción de los de oliva.
  • Nada de pasteles y mucho menos confiterías o dulces que tengan mucha azúcar.
  • Nada de grasas saturadas, azúcares complejos o bebidas gaseosas.
  • Nada de alimentos con gran cantidad de químicos, como son los enlatados.

Refrigerios: Toma dos refrigerios, uno a media mañana y otro a media tarde. En cada uno de ellos come una manzana o una taza de fresas.

Almuerzo: Come un gran plato de ensalada con los vegetales que desees, una porción de arroz, carne y legumbres. Toma un jugo hecho en agua y una fruta de las recomendadas.

Cena: Para cenar toma un caldo sin grasa, una porción de arroz, ensalada y pollo sin piel es lo ideal.
